WHY SHOULD I WORK WITH A HEALTH COACH?

Just as with anything, unwavering support is key in accomplishing one's goals. A coach is there to be there by your side helping you approach targeted areas in your life with new information, perspectives, & tools. We are not able to do better until we know better -- working with a coach enables us to relearn what is good for us so we can make future decisions with our health & wellness in mind.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING OUR SESSIONS?

50 minutes designated to share information, techniques, tools, and the like into your life! Our call is 50 minutes of uninterrupted time to focus on YOU.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

Easy! Email me to schedule a complimentary consultation aka "Get to Know You" call and we will see if we are a good fit for one another.

HOW DO I KNOW I SHOULD SCHEDULE A "ARE WE A GOOD FIT" CALL WITH ONE ANOTHER? YOU:

- Are ready to commit to making the necessary shifts to align with your own kind of wellness
- Are sick and tired of trying fad diets and trends, doing well and then “falling off the wagon”
- Want to develop a more loving relationship with yourself
- Have tried this on your own and you realize you need additional support
